How It Works

  • Fill out an application (coming soon)
  • Connect For Help will call you and confirm your application. We will not begin the process until we’ve confirmed your information. We may ask what type of insurance you have and if you want to use insurance.
    • Make sure to specify the type of help seeking (e.g. for anxiety, marriage counseling, depression, etc.)
    • Make sure you provide the best telephone number to reach you, along with the best times to contact you.
  • We provide your information to a therapist in your area.
  • The therapist contacts you directly and sets up the appointment.

Sometimes it may take several days for Connect For Help to find you a therapist. Connect For Help will initially look within a 20 mile radius of your zip code. We may call you back and tell you we were unable to find anyone in your area. If we are unable to find someone, we give you the option of finding someone on your own or have us continue looking.
